Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed in 2005 and is made up of our patients along with some staff representation. We have a patient elected Chairman and meet at the surgery every quarter on a weekday evening at 6pm for an hour.
The main focus of the group is to help the practice to improve its services to patients. The practices' aim is to include the PPG in key decision making and respond/reflect on feedback received.
If you would like to join our PPG please speak to a member of the reception team, who will ask you to leave your details or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are interested in joining. Please leave your name and a contact details and the Practice Manager will contact you.
The next PPG meeting will be held 1st February 2018 at 18:00 in the Horsefair Room at the practice

As a Surgery we produce 'You Said / We Listened' notices to inform patients of how we embrace feedback; these notices are located in the waiting room area's.
