The purpose of a Patient Representative Group (PRG) is about getting local people, patients, carers and users involved in planning local services and identifying local needs for the community. At meetings, the group will discuss health care issues, patient/practice matters, health promotion and education, disease prevention, NHS changes and any relevant topic related to health.
Patient Forum meetings will be held at the practice on the following dates:
30th June 2016 @ 5:30-6:30
14th September 2016 @ 5:30-6:30
8th December 2016 @ 1:30-2:30
23th February 2016 @ 1:30-2:30
