We are currently consulting with our patients regarding a proposal to reduce our practice boundary.

The accompanying map to this notice shows the following:

  1. Previous inner boundary
  2. Proposed new inner boundary
  3. Previous outer boundary
  4. Proposed new outer boundary

We are proposing to reduce our inner boundary area. This will mean we will only register new patients who reside within our new inner boundary. Any existing patients within our outer boundary will continue to be registered with no change.

If you move into our outer boundary or further out of either boundary area, you are able to put a request to the doctor, if you wish to continue to be a registered patient at Rosemary Medical Centre. This will be assessed on an individual basis.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please contact our Practice Manager, Tori Richardson by 1st July 2018.
