When We Are Closed
Outside of our normal hours there is an emergency service for serious problems that cannot wait until the next morning, based at Out-of-Hours Centre, situated behind Ysbyty Gwynedd.
This is accessed by telephone and you may receive advice (from a doctor or nurse), or be asked to attend the centre. The surgery is informed of all emergency contacts the next morning by secure fax.
This service is commissioned by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board - Tel. 0300 123 55 66
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
