Appointments
General Appointments
There are Walk-in Sessions on Monday and Thursday mornings between 08:30 to 10:30. Appointments need to be booked for the other times. The walk-in Surgery is only for the GPs. For the Practice nurse, appointments need to be booked.
Urgent and Emergency Appointments
If you require an appointment for a problem that you feel will not wait until the next available routine appointment, you will be given a time to attend – usually at the end of morning surgery or at the end of evening surgery.
Interpreter
Languages understood at the Practice:
Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali.
If you or a relative/ friend needs an interpreter for your doctor’s appointment, we are able to offer this service.
We require at least 3 working days to arrange this along with the following details:
- Patient’s name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Date and Time of The Appointment
- Details of the Language spoken
Please inform reception and they will arrange this for you.
Cancelling Appointments
If you wish to cancel the appointments then please let the surgery know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be given to other patients.
Be On Time
Please arrive promptly and remember to cancel your appointment if you can no longer keep it; someone else may need to see the doctor urgently.
