Appointments Tel 01962 712906 and online via Patient Access. All the surgeries are run on an appointment system, including our Saturday clinic.
You are free to arrange appointments with any of the doctors or practice nurses. However, it is in your best interest to see the same doctor each time if possible.
It helps us greatly if routine appointments with your own doctor are booked in advance. If you have any special requirements or need a longer appointment, do not hesitate to discuss this with the receptionist. Confidentiality is assured.
Please remember that your appointment with the GP is for 10 minutes. To help the GPs run to time, please consider the patients who are waiting in the queue after you.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure. The chaperone may be a family member or friend, but on occasions a formal chaperone may be preferred. Patients are advised to ask for a chaperone, if required, at the time of booking an appointment. The Healthcare professional may also request the presence of a chaperone for certain consultations. Our Chaperone policy is available to view.
If you require an appointment on the day that you contact the practice and all surgeries are full, you will be advised to attend the morning walk-in clinic at Twyford only.
The walk-in clinic at Twyford starts at 9.00am on Monday with last patient booking at 10.30am, and starts at 10.30am Tuesday to Friday, with last patient booking at 11.15am. There is no walk-in service on Saturday morning or at Colden Common.
You can also book appointments for times when the surgery is closed at the Winchester Primary Care Hub. See below.
