The enquiries e-mail address is for general enquiries only and should not be used as an alternative to established practice routines detailed elsewhere on this website. It should not be used for queries of a medical nature, the ordering of prescriptions, the making of appointments and definitely NOT for enquiries of an urgent medical nature. As we cannot guarantee to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of any e mail, any personal details you choose to include in your enquiry are a matter for you. We would discourage you from disclosing both personal and medical information in e mails. We will not include any confidential personal or medical information in any response we make even if it is regarding yourself and even if we have established the identity of the correspondent.

Ordinarily, responses to Enquiries should be made within 21 working days.
