The top tips for the five key questions are based on the areas that have been identified as common themes where practices have required improvement when the Care Quality Commission have carried out inspections. When determining whether your practice is meeting the fundamental standards and ultimately the CQC regulations it is important to look at all the KLOEs in each key question.
