Liz Eades

Practice Manager

Liz joined PMG in January 2019 after moving into the local area from East Grinstead, where she worked in a GP practice for 20 years  - 7 of which were  employed as the Practice Manager.
Liz is responsible for the smooth running of the practice and would  welcome feedback about the service we provide, so please ask at reception if you wish to speak to her. In her spare time Liz enjoys swimming, walking her energetic young Spaniel and the occasional skiing holiday.

 

Kat RipsherKat Ripsher

Patient Services Manager

Since joining the practice in 2003 Kat has worked across a number of departments which has given her invaluable experience in the day to day operational aspects of the practice.

Kat’s responsibilities involve managing the medical reception team and the co-ordination of practice clinics and services including arranging the day to day clinical appointments. Kat also manages the Doctor and Nurse diaries and help to ensure the practice’s clinical and reception staffing rota’s effectively support the business.

 

Julie EldridgeJulie Eldridge

Administration Manager / Research Administrative Lead

Julie and her team are responsible for managing all patient paperwork that comes in and out of the practice in either electronic or paper form. The Administration Team are also responsible for the practice IT, patient medical record movement/storage and data quality, patient registrations and deductions, administration of immunisation clinics, practice NHS relevant literature, organisation of our annual Influenza Clinics and many other items relating to patient medical records, data quality and patient information.

Julie also manages our website and communications board, monitors our adherence to Information Governance (the legal framework governing the use of personal confidential data in health care), practice reporting and facilitates PMG’s involvement in research projects.

Support Team

A full range of staff are employed to support the doctors and patients:

Medical receptionists, dispensers, medical secretaries, finance, computer and administrative staff. Their jobs are demanding with telephone and face to face enquiries dealing with every aspect of medical practice duties, occasionally they work under difficult circumstances, so please be patient and help them to help you.
