Our Clinical Performance – The Quality & Outcome Framework
The Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF) is a voluntary scheme for GP practices in the UK. It consists of groups of clinical indicators for long term conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Practices score “points” according to their level of achievement.
If you wish to know how we perform in line with these national standards, go to the website below and then enter the practice postcode SW1W 8NA to bring up our practice details.

Information Governance
Information Governance is the set of measures taken to ensure the necessary safeguards for, and appropriate use of, patient and personal information.
The IG Toolkit is an online system which allows NHS organisations to assess themselves against Department of Health Information Governance policies and standards. We complete this every year to show that we are up-to-date with any changes in legislation, e.g., data protection law, and that we have reviewed any local changes in the NHS and considered their impact on how we store and share your information.
