Margaret Wicks, Manager

Margaret has been with Sheffield LMC since 1995 and has been in her current role since 2000, following completion of a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Service Management.
Margaret’s role involves dealing with personnel/staffing issues and management of the finances. She assists the Executive in prioritising and carrying out action required by the plethora of guidance, policy and regulatory documents received in the office.
Margaret attends various meetings in her role as LMC Manager and also deputises for the Executive as necessary.
In her spare time Margaret enjoys western horse riding, yoga, Pilates and Nordic walking.
Claire Clough, Administrator

Claire relocated to Sheffield in 2005, and subsequently fulfilled a number of administrative roles in the engineering and event hire industries.
Claire took up the post of LMC Administrator in December 2014. The role of Administrator is vital in ensuring that the workload of the LMC is dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner. To achieve this, Claire’s main duties include providing administrative support to the Manager and Executive, keeping everyone’s diaries up-to-date, arranging all meetings, ensuring the smooth running of the LMC office on a day-to-day basis and supervising the workload of the Administrative Assistant.
Outside of work Claire has discovered a passion for interior design and enjoys being creative in decorating her own home. Claire also likes cooking, hill walking and is a keen amateur gardener.
Amy Watson, Administrative Assistant

Amy took up the post of LMC Administrative Assistant in November 2022, working 9 am to 5 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Amy's main responsibilities include ensuring the LMC represents all eligible Sheffield GPs, maintaining the LMC's electronic and hard copy filing systems, production of the LMC newsletter and vacancy bulletin and providing comprehensive secretarial support.
Outside of work Amy is a mum of one, a fitness enthusiast and loves to travel.
