Medicals and Non-NHS Services

Some work which doctors undertake does not form part of their NHS contract. This is done on a private basis and therefore incurs a fee.

This includes:

  • Medical reports and examinations for insurance companies and employers
  • Fitness to participate in sport or travel
  • Driving Medicals and Disabled Parking Permits
  • Passport and Driving Photograph Countersignature

Fees are charged at the recommended British Medical Association rates, which are available at reception.

If you wish to make an appointment, please inform the receptionist why you are attending to ensure that you are given the correct amount of time.

Fees as at 1st April 2016

Dr Cooper and Partners reserve the right to review the above charges periodically and vary the fees.

Please allow seven working days before collecting any of the above items. Payment should be by cash, cheque made payable to "Dr Cooper & Partners". Payments can also be made by card also.
