KEEPING APPOINTMENTS

Please attend your appointment on time. If the time is no longer suitable or you do not require the appointment please contact the surgery to CANCEL it. 

Our telephone lines are answered by our experienced and friendly reception team who are available to help you. We are confident our staff can give you the help and support you need to make the most of the services we offer.

Our phone lines are busy between 8.00am and 10am so if your call is not urgent please try and call later in the day when staff will have more time to assist you. Please call after 10:00 if you are calling in relation to prescriptions or results. 

OUT OF HOURS

Please ONLY call out of hours if the problem is urgent and can’t wait until the next day. Out of hours services are provided by Nottingham Emergency Medical Services (NEMS), an organisation staffed by local GPs.
