Online access disabled

As part of our clinical software migration unfortunately access to our online system will be disabled from 9th April.  Your current logon and user details will no longer be valid from this date.  Our new online access will be available from Monday 30th April and patients will need to re-register for this service.  You can do this by presenting at the surgery to obtain your new log on details.

We apologise for the loss of service from 9th April to 30th April however this is a necessary and unavoidable part of our clinical software change.

We are pleased to announce that we now have late night opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to 8pm for nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments.  We hope this will prove beneficial to patients who struggle to make a day time nurse appointments.  You can see our Healthcare Assistants Danielle & Jessica for the following: BP's, Healthchecks, Dementia Screening, Vascular checks, Stroke/TIA checks, Hearing Tests, Mental Health Reviews, Dopplers, B12 injections, ECG's.

Appointments

A small number of online appointments are available to book. This includes onlline booking for telephone appointments.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online.

We close for Training Afternoons 4 or 5 times per year at 12noon. Our Out of Hours service is then available as directed by our telephone system.

It is important we provide mandatory or statutory training to all staff. Subjects include Safeguarding Children and Adults, Basic Life support and infection control.

The next closure is on 18th April 2018 when we close at 12noon .

We apologise for any incovenience this may cause, but hope you will understand it is important all are staff have the necessary training to undertake their role and this is best provided in a group setting.
