We cannot issue prescriptions ordered more than two weeks early and, due to unprecedented number of requests coming through, turnaround time is likely to take longer than 48 hours.

Please only order what you need and be patient with our staff, Community Pharmacy they are doing the best they can in very difficult circumstances. Thank you.

For patients with Diabetes, it's always worth reminding yourself of what are called "sick day rules" - these are well explained on the diabetes uk website at https://www.diabetes.org.uk/guide-to-diabetes/life-with-diabetes/illness

For patients on regular medication- some medications in particular should be stopped if you have an illness causing dehydration ( for example, diarrhoea and vomiting or fever)- advice on this can be found at https://ihub.scot/media/1401/20180424-web-medicine-sick-day-rules-patient-leaflet-web-v20.pdf
