What happens when you are referred by your GP to a specialist

Please can you take a moment by accessing the link above and answer the surveys about changes the CCG is proposing on access for IVF, gluten free foods, over the counter medications, female sterilisation, vasectomy and being fit for surgery (i.e. BMI and smoking policy).

These are very important issues and it is important that patients have a say. The deadline is 14th September. Thank you in advance for your time on this.

How do I register for patient services

To register for this on-line service please either email the surgery at or telephone 01582 767444 or pop into the surgery to get your new registration details. 

Please be aware that our on-line booking and cancelling is only available for GP routine appointments and GP telephone consultations. Nurse appointments are not available on line. This is because nurse appointments are so varied and all have different allotted times, so for these please call the surgery during normal opening hours. Thank you.
