How do I register for patient services
To register for this on-line service please either email the surgery at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01582 767444 or pop into the surgery to get your new registration details.
Please be aware that our on-line booking and cancelling is only available for GP routine appointments and GP telephone consultations. Nurse appointments are not available on line. This is because nurse appointments are so varied and all have different allotted times, so for these please call the surgery during normal opening hours. Thank you.
