I GOT GOOD ADVICE FROM THE PHYSIO THANKS

Caring, good advice, honest.

Kind staff, nice environment.

Excellent service and you never have to wait long before you see a doctor.

Friendly competent staff who saw me at my appointment time.

Always treated politely and get the impression the medical team genuinely care about your health and try and deal with any issues as quickly as possible.

The dr who saw me was patient really understanding and helped me see my issue may not be as big and catastrophic as my mind is making it out to be.

Friendly efficient service.

Doctor Walker's sense of humour.

There is a lot of change at the moment at Manor Street and I am not familiar  with any of the doctors now in the practice. I met Dr Brennan this morning and she was very pleasant and we

have a treatment plan. Happy with that so would recommend within my limited knowledge.

The online booking system worked well(once I found it, which was not easy); the secretariat was helpful; and Dr Loftus was efficient, professional and agreeable .

Yes I felt my doctor did not lesson to me I just been told I have a lipoma in my arm and its very painfull and he said the nhs will not do anything about removing it but I no it can be

removed by them . I feel he is just trying to save the nhs money . In the mean time I have to suffer.
