CQC INSPECTION 20th MARCH 2019

Many of our patients will be aware that the last 3 years or so have been difficult for the practice.  We have been in special measures for quite some time.  As a practice team, we would like to thank you all so very much for your support and interest during the last 3 years of inspection by the CQC.  In October 2018 we were pleased top announce that our CQC rating had been upgraded.  This was good new for our patients, carers and staff and it demonstrated our commitment to delivering high quality care which our communities expect and deserve.

The report published in October 2018 can be found here on the CQC website. https://www.cqc.org.uk/sites/default/files/new_reports/AAAH5867.pdf

We will be welcoming the CQC into our practice next week on Wednesday the 20th March 2019.  If anyone would like to come in to speak with an inspector please do so, they will be with us all day.  Or if you would like to post a comment to them, you can do this directly using https://www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience/1-506812065/1-199711740/Dr%20Mark%20Stevens

We look forward to the inspection being concluded and are hopeful that our CQC rating will be much improved again.
