New Patient Registration

If you are in the practice area but still need to register with us please do so – and preferably before you actually need us, as it can take a month or two for your records to get to us from your previous surgery. You can register using the the online form or by collecting a form from reception.

If you are an Armed Forces Veteran or Reservist please let us know. Veterans and Reservists should enjoy the same standard of, and access to healthcare, received by any other UK citizen. However, they should receive priority treatment whenever it relates to a condition resulting from their service in the Armed Forces.

If you need to see a clinician the same day you register that's fine but please arrive a little early so we have time to sort the paperwork.

You are registered at a Group Practice. You have the right to express a preference of GP and whilst we try to comply with this it may not always be possible and in which case we will inform you of this.

When you register you will be allocated to a named GP, however you are able to see other GP's in the practice.
