Moving House

If you move house, change name or telephone number, then please let us know as soon as possible. If you move out of our area then you must find a new Doctor. We have to set a strict practice area so that we can get to you quickly in an emergency. 

If you have a mobile phone then please give us the number so we can contact you easily and send you text message reminders.

Our practice area includes:

• Beeston
• Beeston Rylands
• Attenborough
• part of Chilwell
• part of Lenton Abbey
• part of Bramcote

We do not accept new patients living in Stapleford, Bramcote Hills, Lenton, Toton or Dunkirk. If you move to an address in one of these areas you will be asked to register with another Doctor.
