PLEASE SEE THE LATEST NEWS ABOUT THE PROPOSED MERGER OF ST HELIERS MEDICAL PRACTICE WITH DR ALI & PARTNERS AND COMPLETE THE ONLINE SURVEY

Dr Padmaja will be leaving on Friday 14th December. We all wish her well for all she does next.

We will be closing at 1pm on Monday 24th December and will re-open on Thursday 27th December as usual. We will also be closing at 1pm on Monday 31th December and will re-open on Wednesday 2nd January as usual. Please remember to order your prescriptions on time.

Flu Vaccinations - this year there are 2 types of Flu vaccinations for Adults. The 1st is for Patients 65yrs & over before 31/03/2019. These are available now. The 2nd type for Adults under 65yrs old & in an at risk category such as Heart Disease, COPD, Diabetes, Asthma, immunosuppressant, Stroke & Pregnant women are now available. Please book your appointment now.

Childrens Nasal Flu vaccinations are available from the  -  please book with one of our Practice Nurses Ruth Cox or Lisa Curry.

Temporary Registration

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.

To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
