Appointments can be made via the online booking system, visiting in person or by telephoning the surgery during opening hours.

If there are no appointments available, and if your problem is urgent, you will still be seen. You may be asked to speak briefly to the nurse or the doctor before being given one of these emergency appointments.

Making Online Appointments - EMIS Patient Access System

We are now offering patients the ability to book certain appointments and to order your repeat prescriptions online via the EMIS Patient Access System.

To register for this, simply log on via the link at the top of this page and complete the registration process. You will then be issued with a User ID and password.

Please keep these in a safe place. However, if you do forget your registration details, log back onto the EMIS website and click on the "I forgot my User ID or Password" option. You will then be able to retireve your User ID or reset your password.

Telephone Advice

The doctor, nurse and midwife are available to give telephone advice to patients. You will need to ring reception, who will advise a time they can be contacted.

Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the practice as soon as possible as this will allow the time slot to be used by another patient.

Missed appointments without cancellation waste valuable clinical time, so PLEASE be considerate and cancel an appointment if you are unable to attend.
