Urgent Appointments

If you have an medically urgent problem which cannot wait until the next available routine appointment, we may ask you to come down to the surgery and be seen at the end of the Doctors clinic or where they have availability.  This is for urgent problems only. Please telephone as early as possible after 8.00am. Please remember it will not be possible to request a particular GP.

If your problem is urgent then we expect you to come in at the time requested - do not go to school or work!

Due to an increased demand for patients to be seen as emergencies, the Doctors have made the decision to advice reception to ask patients the reason why patients would like to be seen. This is so that reception can signpost you to the most appropriate clinician and deal with your query in the most appropriate way.
