Appointments

Each day there are two urgent care surgeries, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Appointments for these surgeries can only be booked on the day.

Additionally, unless a doctor is away on leave, there are also routine surgeries, in the morning and in the afternoon. Appointments for these surgeries can be booked up to 10 weeks in advance.

The urgent care surgery provides medical cover to patients who find that their symptoms have become so severe that they need to see a doctor straight away. These appointments are intended for urgent care and therefore repeat prescriptions and/or sick certificates are not dealt with in the urgent care appointment as these can be arranged administratively.

The Surgery staff will do everything possibleto keep to your appointment time, but occasionally there will be delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any hold-ups.

Appointments can be made by telephoning 01304 225559, online or by calling in at the surgery.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
