Appointments

All practices in England are now required to make an assessment of need whenever a patient contacts the surgery.   As part of this assessment, you must provide as much information as possible to our Care Navigation team.  If you find this difficult or feel your problem is too personal, please use the patient online triage option on https://florey.accurx.com/p/B81004 

We offer a range of appointment times on weekdays usually from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00. 

Please Remember

One appointment is for one patient. If other members of your family need to see the doctor, please make a separate appointment.

Telephone Consultations

We also offer telephone consultations and if you think your problem can be dealt with on the telephone please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation instead of a surgery appointment.  We will need a contact telephone number and you will be given a time when the doctor will call you back.

Enhanced Access

Enhanced Access offers both telephone and face-to-face appointments in the evening and at weekends at the Beverley Hub. Appointments are available with GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants and pharmacists amongst others, and can be booked through us or direct on 01482 458262.

Routine appointments are also offered at the surgery at the following times: 

Tuesday Mornings from 7.30am until 8am

Thursday Evenings from 6.30pm to 8pm

Please note - Extended Hours Access is available at our Hornsea surgery.  Opening times at our Branch Site remain unchanged. 

Medical Students

As a training practice, some of our doctors have 3rd and 4th year medical students observing during surgery.  This is normally on a Wednesday and Thursday.  If you would prefer not to be seen with a medical student present please do not book on line on these days.  Telephone reception for your appointment and we can ensure you see a doctor who does not have a medical student observing. 

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
