My Surgery Website endeavours to provide its clients with the highest level of service at all times, however, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a client feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Once we've received your email, we'll investigate the issue thoroughly, contact any relevant customers and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
