The facility to book GP appointments on-line is also now available.
In order to use this service you need to register for ‘Patient Access’.
To do this you will need to bring photographic proof of identity to the Health Centre reception staff (i.e. driving licence, passport, bus pass etc.). Click here for more information.
You will then be given a PIN code and instructions to enable you to register on-line.
Once you are registered (which only takes a couple of minutes to do) you can go ahead and book your GP appointments online.

At present on-line booking will only be available for the GPs but we hope to extend this to blood test appointments with our Heath Care Assistant in the very near future.
Patients who would like to book an appointment online but cannot immediately bring proof of identity into the Health Centre to obtain a PIN code can register by going to www.patient.co.uk, click on Patient Access/Register and follow the instructions. This however will only allow you to book a single appointment – if you wish to continue to use the service you will need to bring photographic proof of identity into the Health Centre.
