Patient Participation Group

Dalblair Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG).

The aims of the PPG are to improve our service to you and understand how you perceive our surgery and staff. Membership is voluntary and we promise not to take up too much of your time. We would like your suggestions and encourage you to have a say in how we manage our service. In order to be involved please ask reception for a membership form.

To help us with this we ask the members of the PPG group some questions from time to time, such as what do you think about our opening times and the quality of the care or service you received. We may also contact you via telephone or email to ask for feedback. We plan to hold our meetings every three months for an hour from 6.00pm till 7.00pm dates to be confirmed.

We aim to have at least 20 or more members from a broad spectrum to get a truly representative view. We need more young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions, anyone who is unemployed, students, people from non-British ethnic groups and all other categories.
