Asthma Review

For patients who are due an annual asthma review.

When you are due your asthma review, we will contact you to see if you are able to do this by online video consultation, using Near Me.

Before your online Asthma Review

1. Please check your peak flow (Best of 3 readings)

2. Please complete the Asthma Control Test online

Please take a note of the result or save/print it out so you can discuss it with the nurse

3. Make sure you have your Inhalers to hand so that the nurse can check any problems/check your technique if needed during the consultation.

You will be given a time for your online appointment.
