PPG

patient surveyWe would like to invite you to join our Patient Participation Group.

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients and practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service.

Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) work in partnership with their practices to:

1. Encourage patients to take more responsibility for their health

2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and quality of care

3. Enable improved communication between the practice and its patients.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
