Are You a Carer? Can our Carers Champion help you and your family?

If you are a carer please let us know - we may be able to help you.

Did you know that if you are a carer we can provide you with a free seasonal influenza vaccination and also a carers health check.  After all we have to look after you so that you can look after your loved ones.

We starting a "Carers Coffee Morning" here at the surgery.  If you or anyone you know may benefit from the support of our Carer Champion with regard to signposting to other services or information, or you would just like to come along for an hour of brief respite, this may be the place for you.  Please email to let us know you are interested.

Our first carers coffee morning is planned for Thursday the 16th May 2019 - 11am to 12.30pm.  This will be our first one, so please do come along.  We will discuss with you how we can best support you and what you would like the format of these coffee mornings to take as we go forward.
