Named GP - patients aged 75 and over
From April 2014 all practices are required to provide their patients aged 75 years and over with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them. For all our patients your named GP is Dr N Dabas however this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice if you so wish.
Named Accountable GP
From April 2015 all practices are required to provide their patients with a named accountable GP who will take responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services and ensure they are delivered where required, based on the named GP's clinical judgement, to each of their patients. For all our patients your named GP is Dr N Dabas however this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice if you so wish.
