Closed for Training

We will be closed for staff training on Wednesday 21st November from 12noon, we will reopen at 8am Thursday 22nd November.  If you require urgent medical care whilst we are closed please contact 111 or in an emergency 999

Late Night Appointments

We are pleased to announce that we now have late night opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to 8pm for nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments.  We hope this will prove beneficial to patients who struggle to make a day time nurse appointments.  You can see our Healthcare Assistants Evie, Danielle & Jessica for the following: BP's, Healthchecks, Dementia Screening, Vascular checks, Stroke/TIA checks, Hearing Tests, Mental Health Reviews, Dopplers, B12 injections, ECG's. 

Appointments

A small number of online appointments are available to book. This includes onlline booking for telephone appointments.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online. 

 

Correct use of 999

You should call ’999’ for an ambulance when it is obvious that you or another person is seriously ill and in need of immediate emergency medical care.

Here are some examples of situations when you should dial 999 immediately (please note, this list is not exhaustive):

  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty in breathing
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe loss of blood
  • Severe burns and scalds
  • Choking
  • Fitting/convulsions
  • Drowning
  • Severe allergic reaction
  • Head injury.
