We are receiving an increasing number of requests from patients asking GPs to complete forms or write letters on their behalf.
Please note, this is a non NHS (Private) service which will incur a charge.
Patients should expect to wait at least 4 weeks and sometimes longer if your GP is on holiday, it also depends on what type of information you are requesting the GP to undertake.
NHS work must take priority.
