NHS Lanarkshires physiotherapy department has a website that provides a wealth of information about various different conditions causing muscle or joint pains from arthritic pains in hips and knees to lower back pains and frozen shoulders. It provides information on how to manage these conditions and videos showing the type of stretching and/or strengthening exercises that can help.
