This weekend is expected to be the busiest leading up to Christmas and hospitals are already experiencing significant pressures for hospital beds and the number of LAS call-outs across our system.

Rights & Responsibilities

The policy of the practice is to treat all patients with the highest level of respect and we kindly ask you to treat our staff with the same.

You will be treated as an individual and given courtesy and respect at all times, irrespective of your ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of your health problems. 

Medical staff will discuss your problems and advise you of suitable treatment. Your problems may be discussed with other health professionals if it is felt necessary to help provide you with the best care.

You have the right to see your health records written after 1 Nov 1991, subject to any limitations in the law. Please ask if you require further information.

If you have made an appointment we would kindly ask you to attend on time. If you are unable to or wish to cancel, please contact the reception staff as soon as possible.

If you wish to see a particular doctor, please inform the receptionist and we will try our best to accommodate you.
