Fieldhead Surgery strives to maintain an environment which is welcoming, caring and accessible to all our patients. By working in partnership with our patients we strive to provide an outstanding standard of holistic primary medical care that is highly effective, efficient and safe for all our patients.

We aim to treat all patients fairly and equally, with dignity and respect throughout the patient journey.

We take pride in serving our patients. Therefore, we aim to actively encourage, listen to and learn from constructive feedback in order to deliver the highest standards of care within the limits of available resources.

We aspire to provide a holistic approach to care, empowering our patients during consultations so that they can actively be involved in decisions about their own health.

We aim to continue to work with the Greater Huddersfield CCG and local practices to improve the health of our patient population. We aim to deliver effective and efficient healthcare from modern and fully equipped premises and by utilising and embracing new technologies. We encourage constructive patient comment and feedback so that we can provide high quality care.

Ethical

We aim to provide a fair and approachable service to all out patients without any prejudice. We always aim to provide a confidential service.  

Compliance

We strive to abide by all regulations set by any appropriate body to ensure patient care is safe and effective. We audit our practises and if it is deemed we are non-compliant we put measures into place to rectify this.

Staff Development

We aim to maintain a supportive, fulfilling and rewarding working environment for all our staff. We encourage personal development through regular appraisal and educational activities. We listen to all members of our team, we value feedback and contributions.
