Holderness Health (Hedon Group Practice) is a busy GP practice with almost 12,000 patients. We have a vacancy for a Part-Time Prescription Clerk to work with the dispensary team. This is a demanding and challenging position in a constantly changing health environment.
The role entails the processing of prescriptions and administration duties within the Dispensary Department. This role also includes dealing with enquiries from patients/outside agencies via the telephone. Good IT and customer service skills are required for this post. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work are 18.5 hours per week. You would also be expected to be flexible to cover annual leave and seasonal increased workload.
