As we enter the summer months we are expecting a very busy period and anticipate that occasionally demand may outstrip supply in terms of available appointments.

There may be times when appointments will be limited for acute, urgent needs only and routine appointments and reviews will need to be booked at a later date.

Our Receptionists may ask you a few questions relating to the nature of your enquiry but be assured this is to help us understand your needs so we can offer you the highest level of service and appropriate line of care.

If you are unsure whether you need to see a Doctor, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise you of the appropriate route for you needs.

We would like to thank all of our patients for their understanding at this busy time.

Please find enclosed a list of alternative services that are available with contact details.
