Access & Facilities

Building Access and Services for People with Disabilities

The Practice has done its utmost to be easily accessible and user friendly for those patients with mobility issues or who are wheelchair bound.

We have wheelchair-friendly parking spaces and disabled toilet facilities at all of our branches.

A wheelchair is available for those with difficulty in walking at some branches. If you require assistance please speak to our receptionists who will do their best to assist you.

We also have a portable loops system on reception for patients that are hard of hearing or are deaf.

The Accessible Information Standard (AIS) aims to ensure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss receive information that they can access and understand, for example, in large print, Braille or via email and professional communication support if they need it, for example from a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
