We have a vacancy for a Caretaker working across our 4 medical practices in the Redruth / Camborne area.
Responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but is not limited to: carpentry work; general electrical; plumbing; clearing blocked toilets; fixing leaks; painting; cleaning; flooring; courier to transport notes, supplies as required between the four practices; and general facility repairs and maintenance inside and out including some grounds work.
