What we offer you

    • At all times you will be treated with courtesy and confidentiality.

    • We can usually offer a routine appointment with any doctor within 48 hours, but you may have to wait longer to see the doctor of your choice.

    • Genuine emergencies will of course always be seen that day. The receptionist may ask you for some brief details to pass to the duty GP.

    • We undertake to see you within 20 minutes of your appointment time and if we are unable to do this you will be offered an apology and an explanation.

    • We endeavor to make our appointment system work well for you.
Most appointments are for 10 minutes. Please remember that it might not be possible to deal with several problems in this time and the doctor may ask you to make further appointments if necessary.

What we ask in return

    • Please treat the doctors and staff with the courtesy and respect offered to you.

    • Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment. Failure to do this simply deprives another patient of the opportunity to be seen.

    • Please ask for one appointment for each person who needs to be seen.
