If you are completing an eConsult for another person - proxy eConsult - please note that we may not be able to respond to you with information regarding that person without their consent.  

The eConsult service is intended for our patients who are in the UK at the time of using e-Consult and not for those who are overseas for any reason.  Please refer to our News Section for further details.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or book and cancel appointments.  Register at: Patient Access  You will need to bring proof of address and photo id to reception who will then issue you with your log in details.

Access

The Practice provides full access to the disabled. A disabled parking bay is located conveniently at the front of the building with a ramp for a wheelchair to the wide double doors. Disabled toilet facilities are provided.
