Welcome to Arch Healthcare
We offer full range of medical services to patients who are homeless or in temporary accommodation.
We offer two walk-in clinics per day, five days per week.
Monday to Friday appointments start at 8.30am. These are offered on a first come first served basis, please arrive early (half an hour before the appointments start) to increase your chances of making an appointment, as these can sometimes fill up very quickly.
Afternoon appointments start at 2pm daily, again on a first come first served basis. Please arrive at 1pm to book in for appointments.
Patients can also make booked appointments to see their preferred Doctor or Nurse.
Arch Healthcare has good access for disabled patients and is located on the ground floor of the building.
All patients can request a chaperone for any consultation or procedure.
Take the Friends & Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.
Get well, keep well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
