In March 2018 we received 133 responses from our patients. Out of these responses 92% of our patients said that the would recommend Block Lane Surgery to their Friends and Family.
NAMED ACCOUNTABLE GP
All patients, including children registered at the practice have been allocated a named accountable GP, this will be Dr S R Akram.

The surgery is situated on Block Lane, Chadderton opposite Cornwall Street.
There is a car park for patients, a designated parking space for disabled patients and a ramp access to the surgery.
There is a pharmacy opposite the surgery which provides a delivery service.
Local bus stops include one directly outside the surgery, another at the top of Cornwall Street, and a further one approximately 7 minutes away. All buses go to Oldham Town Centre and other parts of Chadderton.
