With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
You or someone you care for may benefit from using the NHS Electronic Repeat Dispensing service if you use the same medicines regularly. This service saves you time, it means you don’t need to request or collect your prescription from your GP practice every time you need a further supply. Your GP will ensure you are suitable for the service and produce a batch of prescriptions that can last up to 12 months. Please click HERE for more information.
We have been very lucky in securing the expertise of:
Claire Burge who has joined us as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She is a very experienced practitioner and will be joining the GP team seeing patients for all medical needs on a day to day basis. She will be available every day so it is very likely you will be meeting her soon.
Martin Colbourne is our Paramedic Practitioner and will be with us full time.
Alexandra Russell is a Practice Nurse who will also be joining the team full time from 24th June 2019
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
CQC Inspection January 2017
We would like to confirm our latest inspection report has now been published and we have been given a GOOD rating in all accountable areas of care and management. Please read the full report in: Further Information: Care Quality Commission.
We now have a bookcase in the Manor Park Surgery waiting room where you can buy a book for £1 and all proceeds go towards purchasing patient focused equipment.
Book donations would be appreciated to keep this resource going. Many thanks.
