Welcome to the Clipstone Health Centre Website
With this website we aim to help you find all the information you need at the click of a mouse. You can order repeat prescriptions online, download registration forms, cancel existing appointments, change the contact details we hold for you and much more.
We use it to keep you updated on practice developments and news such as results of patient surveys, health campaigns and new services.
We have now setup online appointment booking! In order to register you need to come to the health centre and bring some photo ID with you. Just ask at reception and they will be able to give you a user name and password.
Once you've got setup click on the "systmonline" logo above to go to the website. There are more instructions on there at each stage.
On this website you can:
- Book and cancel appointments
- Order your repeat prescriptions (with a better system than the one on this website)
- Change your contact details
- Ask the practice a question
- Complete questionnaires about your health
Telephone appointments
In our patient survey 76% of you said you would sometimes or frequently use telephone appointments instead of coming to the health centre to see a doctor or nurse. We are now offering more fixed telephone appointments that can be booked in advance. This will give you an approximate time when you can expect a call from us. Just give us a call to book a telephone appointment.
Referral Gateway
From Monday 6th February certain referrals made by our doctors will be going through a "Referral Gateway". This is a development by Newark and Sherwood CCG that should benefit patients and you can read more about it in this Information Leaflet.
Patient Survey Results
Thank you to all of you who took the time to complete the survey. We now have the results of the survey. Click here and then on "Results of the Survey" to find the detailed results and more analysis.
84% of people who answered the survey said the care they received from the practice was good, very good or excellent. Nearly 70% said the area they wanted the practice to work on was improving access to doctors and nurses.
As a result of the survey we have increased the availability of telephone appointments and setting up online appointment booking - see above!
