Flu clinics are now available for booking, if you are eligible book online, if you can't book online telephone us, but avoid calling between 8 and 9 am and 12 and 2pm
In line with current guidance, all appointments with a GP or Nurse Practitioner will be telephone or video consultations, if you need to be seen in person, a follow up appointment will be made, DO NOT ATTEND ANY OF OUR SITES UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED TO DO SO.
If you need a repeat prescription, use our online services if you can (you can register on the NHS app without needing to attend the surgery), alternatively please email your request to burnley.gp@nhs.net. You can post your prescription to us, you can use the prescription boxes at any of our sites. If you do need to ring us please be aware our telephone lines are very busy and you are likely to have a wait for the call to be answered.
If you are ringing for an appointment because you have any of the symptoms listed below or suspect you may have Covid-19 then please follow the Department of Health advice and self-isolate for 7 days. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY or other medical service.
The Symptoms are at least one of :- HIGH TEMPERATURE, NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH, LOSS OR CHANGE TO YOUR USUAL SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE.
If during this time your symptoms worsen to the point you cannot manage them, you should then contact 111.

This is for people who have 1) used the 111 online Coronavirus Service or 2) Have been told by a healthcare professional that they have symptoms of Coronavirus or 3) live with someone who have symptoms of Coronavirus
