Online Patient Triage

We have now gone live with our new online consultation service - Patient Triage.  This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests.  It is very simple to fill out, so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.  Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible.  We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback.  If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can all reception on 01243 782819.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

• renew or order repeat prescriptions online
• view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up

(* Available online services depend upon the services you signed up for in the surgery.  Please ask in the surgery if you wish to add or remove services).

Please sign up for online services by printing off a form here, completing Section 4 (it would be useful if you complete the other sections as well) and bringing it into the surgery along with some photographic evidence.  Online Services allow you to view the coded information in your medical record, see test results, book and cancel appointments and view and order your repeat medication.
