Online Services
If you wish to, you can now use the internet to manage your healthcare. The NHS App is a great online service which allows you to, renew or order repeat prescriptions and view your medical records.
To gain access to our online services:
- Read this Information Leaflet Record Access Patient Leaflet
- Download and complete the online services application Form Online Services Application Form
- Attend the surgery with two forms of identification. One photo ID such as passport, driving license and one form of ID with your home address on such as a recent utility bill, bank statement.
Once you have completed the above steps, the receptionist will generate a online services pin document which you need in order to sign up for online services
Once you have completed the registration online you will have full access to all the online services you requested.
